❶ How long does it take to receive my order?

Our orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method.

❷ What are your care instructions?

We recommend washing your shirt inside out on a cold cycle and laying flat to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed design and do not use bleach. 

❸ What are the benefits of using Screen Print/DTF transfers over vinyl or sublimation?

✨ Durability: Screen printing and DTF transfers are more durable than iron-on vinyl because the ink or design is printed directly onto the fabric, rather than being applied as a separate layer. This means that the design won't crack, peel, or fade as easily as iron-on vinyl.

✨ Quality: Screen printing and DTF transfers produce a higher quality image than iron-on vinyl. The ink or design is printed at a higher resolution, resulting in a sharper and more detailed image.

✨ Flexibility: Screen printing and DTF transfers allow for more flexibility in terms of design. The stencil used in screen printing can be easily adjusted to create different colors, gradients, and effects. DTF transfers are more flexible than screen printing in terms of the type of fabric they can be applied on.

✨ Washability: Screen printing and DTF transfers are more resistant to washing and fading than iron-on vinyl. They can withstand multiple washes without losing their color or quality.

Yes, our shirts are made from high-quality, soft, and comfortable materials that are designed to last wash after wash.

❺ Can I request a custom design for a shirt?

Yes, we do offer custom designs for our shirts. Please email us at wildandfreesoulco@gmail.com for more information on custom orders.

❻ What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. The shirt must be in its original condition and with the original packaging.

❼ What is your shipping policy? 

We offer free shipping for orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order.
