Our goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

1 Return & Exchange Timeframe: You may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of the item(s).

2 Return & Exchange Requirements: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging.

3 Process for Returns & Exchanges: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at wildfreesoulco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.  

4 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at wildfreesoulco@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
